A.L.C. accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with all original tags attached within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and download the prepaid UPS shipping label provided through the portal.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your merchandise in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring all original tags are included.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized UPS location; your refund will be processed once the return is received and inspected.
